This Department is a kind of entrance to SPA. Members or non-members needing our cooperative's services can and should address the Membership Department (in person, by phone, fax or e-mail), where they will be duly attended to and advised according to their requests. This department is also responsible for the membership applications of new members, work declarations and payment of royalties.
Forms – According to their intended area and purpose, SPA has several forms that need to be filled in and submitted. They are all available for you at the Membership Department. However, you can also find them on this website, in the “Forms” section. Therefore, in most cases you do not need to come to SPA in person to get them and to fill them in. To print, just click the one(s) you are interested in, fill them in and send them by post. When it is necessary to make payments (e.g. membership application or work declaration), they can be made by cheque, postal order, wire transfer or in person. Always address them to the “Membership Department”, even if they are meant for other departments.

Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 5 pm.
